    There are numerous ways to slow down the aging process when it comes to how you look. You can go to the spa, apply many different types of chemicals, take magic pills, and many other activities. The easiest, cheapest, and most consistent way to keep your skin looking great for years is to eat certain foods that are good for the skin. The next time you are at the grocery store, try to pick up these 14 Foods to Eat to Slow Aging.

    1. Green Tea

    Green tea has become more and more famous each year due to the healthy properties that it contains and the benefits that they can bring. One of them being anti-aging. Green tea is rich in antioxidants that are known to slow down the damaging effects of aging such as wrinkles, sun damage, and expression lines. Try drinking a few cups a day to maximize effectiveness and keep your skin looking younger and yourself feeling healthier for years to come. If you find it hard to fit into your schedule, replace coffee with green tea as the beverage is also full of caffeine.

    2. Wheat Bread

    Though wheat bread is something that is usually recommended to be avoided in a complete healthy diet because of its high amount of carbohydrates, wheat bread can also be an asset when it comes to slowing down aging. Wheat bread is full of selenium and it helps in the production of skin cells. In addition to it’s anti-aging properties, wheat bread is also full of fiber which will keep your digestive system running smoothly, which in turn will help you feel better for much longer.

    Apple Cider Vinegar has developed a reputation in the home remedy community for being something similar to a miracle drug. Apple Cider Vinegar can cure bad breath, keep your arteries healthy, and even slow down aging. All you have to do is drink a few teaspoons a day, mixed with some water, and you can reap the benefits. Or, if you do not like the taste, you can simply apply a diluted solution to your face to get pretty similar results. The strong is relatively strong but it should disappear after a few seconds.
