The latest is a 22-year-old Ramota Lawal who announced that she was elected as a Councillor representing the residents of Heaton Ward, Harold Hill, United Kingdom.
Lawal who ran on the platform of the United Kingdom Labour Party won with 1,050 votes.
The excited 22-year-old, who took to Twitters to announce her win, stated that she won the election around 5a.m. on Friday, May 4.
According to Lawal, she won her first political election and proudly joined the list of young politicians in the United Kingdom.
