| Billionaire Ned Nwoko has given reason for marrying the actress, Regina Daniels.
Regina, whose marriage to the 59-year-old Nwoko generated a lot of controversy from her father and her teeming fans, gave birth to a baby boy a few days ago. Senator Nwoko in his Twitter handle wrote “I liked her when I saw her (Regina Daniels) especially when I found out that she was from that place. I had always wanted to have somebody (a wife) from my side.” The actress’ husband tweeted “We were introduced to each other and one thing led to another. That was when I found out that she is a very decent girl. I have always said that I would not marry anyone who isn’t a virgin and that is very important to me. “When I found out that she was a virgin, it reinforced my decision to marry her. I married all my wives as virgins.” Meanwhile, Regina’s father, Jude Ojegwu who strongly opposed the union has reconciled with Ned Nwoko, her husband. |
Ojegwu flanked by his wife, daughter and in-law was seen clutching his grand-child during the child’s naming ceremony last Friday.
