Smartphone big player, Apple, is currently planning to update their iPhone SE model with a release planned for 2018.
The iPhone SE model, known for its 4-inch screen size, is set to be assembled by Taiwanese manufacturer Wistron in its factory in Bengaluru, India, according to a report by Taiwan’s Economic Daily News.
The report claims that Apple will release the iPhone SE 2 model in the first half of 2018. Another report from Tekz24 alleges that the next iPhone SE edition will be powered by Apple A10 Fusion chip, 2GB RAM, 32GB and 128GB storage, 12-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera and a 1,700 mAh battery.
The current iPhone SE model is powered by the A9 chipset and features 2GB RAM, Touch ID and a 12-megapixel rear camera.
Apple has however, not confirmed whether this is true.
