    1. The biggest name among them, and the world’s highest-paid soccer coach, is Manchester City’s Josep ‘Pep’ Guardiola. An incredibly successful four years in Barcelona ended when he stepped down from the job in 2012, and after a year away from the sport he returned to take over the top team for some £15 million per year. He had led Bayern Munich to a Bundesliga title, the UEFA Super Cup – a first for a German team – and the FIFA Club World Cup.

    2. Following Guardiola is Manchester United’s Jose Mourinho (£13.8 million). He won the Champions League in 2009-10 with Inter Milan, and he has collected seven European league titles in his stops with Inter, Porto, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

    3. Carlo Anceloti earns £9 million yearly. He is an Italian football manager. Both of them, like Guardiola, have amassed spectacular resumes on the pitch.

    4. Arsene Wenger is Arsenal’s manager earning £8.30 million on a yearly basis. He has served as  manager since 1996 and is the longest-serving manager winning many titles and raking more revenue for the team.

    5. Zinedine Zidane is the Real Madrid’s manager. He is a retired French footballer and used to play attacking midfielder. He had played in the French National team, Cannes, Bourdeaux, Juventus and Real Madrid. He is earning £7 million.

    6. Jurgen Klopp is Liverpool’s manager earning £7 million. He is a retired German manager and former professional player.

    7. Luis Enrique is FC Barcelona’s manager. He is a Spanish former professional footballer. He earns £7 million yearly.

    8. Antonio Conte is Chelsea’s manager. He is an Italian professional football manager. He earns £6.5 million.

    9. Maurico Pichottino is Tottenham’s manager earning £5.5 million. He is an Argentine former footballer. He signed a 5-year contract with the team.

    10. Unai Emery Etxegoen is PSG’s manager earning £5.5 million yearly. He is a retired Spanish professional footballer.
