All is set for Zahra, the 20-year-old daughter of Emir of Bichi, Nasir Ado Bayero and Yusuf, son of President Buhari to tie the knot Friday, August 20.
Already, the couple have released their pre-wedding photos ahead of the ceremony.
The wedding fatiha will hold at Bichi Central Masjid to be followed by a reception at the Emir’s Palace in Bichi, Kano State.
Meanwhile, the Emir of Bichi, Nasir Ado Bayero, said he wished his daughter, Zahra, completed her studies before getting married to Yusuf.
In June, at least seven governors had visited the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, the elder brother of Zahra’s father, to formalise plans for the wedding.
Speaking in an interview, the Emir said it was a difficult decision to marry off any of his children because he is close to them all.
