Nigerian gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, has gone solo after confessing to have cheated on his wife as a popular church has removed his name from the list of gospel musicians.

Ultimately, he has been forced to delete his Twitter and Instagram accounts to save his image from uncomplimentary remarks and acerbic comments by fans and other people over his alleged infidelity.

Quick checks on Twitter and Instagram confirmed that his accounts are no longer accessible. His Instagram account read “Sorry this page isn’t available, the link you followed may be broken or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram.”

Days after setting his Instagram account on private, married gospel singer Sammie Okposo who confessed to cheating on his wife with a US-based lady, has deleted his Instagram and Twitter accounts.

Recall that also that Straightnews reported that the lady he cheated on his wife with, stated that she would be keeping the pregnancy even though he wanted her to abort.

The Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja has removed singer Sammie Okposo’s name from the list of gospel musicians billed to minister at the church’s concert on Friday, January 28.

A new flyer posted on Instagram on Tuesday shows that the singer who headlined the previous banners has had his name removed from the new copies of the 14 gospel singers expected at the 2022 Nations Worship by the church.

This came after Sammie Okposo publicly confessed and apologised for cheating on his wife, Ozioma with a US-based lady.

Apologising in an Instagram post, Sammie wrote: ”Dear friends, I need to bring a very unfortunate incident to your attention as I am not proud of it but know that this is the right thing to do.”
