Liverpool’s quadruple ambitions remain as Jurgen Klopp’s side won the FA Cup thanks to another penalty shootout win over Chelsea.
The Reds won their penalty shootout against Chelsea in the League Cup final and they managed the same feat in the FA Cup.
The match ended 0-0 after 120 minutes before Liverpool took advantage of Mason Mount’s penalty miss.
Jurgen Klopp said: “It’s obviously heartbreaking to be honest for Chelsea after 120 minutes. The game was up and down. We played really well against a really strong team. They had their chances on counter attacks. They were really unlucky again.”
