    The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom State has released the result from its just concluded primary elections in the state.

    The result was made public Friday. See list of candidates who emerged winners below.

    Governorship Candidate

    • Governorship – H.E Obong (Dr) Nsima Ekere
    • Deputy Governorship – Dr. Amadu Attai

    Senatorial Candidates

    • Akwa Ibom North-East – Rt. Hon. Bassey Etim.
    • Akwa Ibom North-West – H.E (Dr). Senator Godswill O. Akpabio
    • Akwa Ibom South – Senator Nelson Effiong

    Federal House of Representatives candidates

    • Abak Federal Constituency – Hon. Emmanuel Ekon
