Akwa United, Sunday, March 24 extended their unbeaten run to seven games after beating Heartland FC of Owerri 1-0 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
At a match played at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, Akwa United scored the goal through a penalty at the 60th minutes of the game.
So far, Akwa United have played 12 matches and garnered 22 points to top the group.
