OPINION – Kenneth Jude The year is almost fading out. Snaky fuel queues have returned. Travellers are stranded. Food prices have risen. Banks have closed shop for holidays. ATM points have refused to vomit cash. The usual hazy, dry and dusty waves that define this season are around.
