Nigeria is one of the eight countries in the world facing acute hunger, the Global Report on Food Crisis 2019 has indicated. Other countries were Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.
