A total of 143 passengers were spared as a passenger plane slid off a runway in the US state of Florida on Friday night, ending up in a river after landing during a thunderstorm. The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) will commence online Teachers’ Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) for Nigerian education graduates in the diaspora who were not registered with the council. The TRCN Registrar and Chief Executive, Prof. Josiah Ajiboye, stated this in Abuja on Friday, in a statement signed by Mr Muyiwa Ojewuyi, Head of Press and Protocol of the council. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan zonal office, Friday arraigned a polytechnic graduate over alleged $600 internet fraud and forgery. Akeredolu Oluwafemi Temidayo (a.k.a. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Friday, says it would publish names of top Nigerian politicians and public office holders occupying high positions today who did not write its examination themselves.
