Akwa Ibom State is said to have recorded the highest unemployment rate of 37.7 per cent in the third quarter 2018, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has released. Two Chinese nationals have been abducted in South Eastern Nigeria, police said on Thursday, asking the public for tips to find and free the expatriates.
