A total of 49 of the 71 people died on board in a plane crash at Nepal main airport. Police said Tuesday an investigation was ordered into the cause of the accident. It followed seeming confusion over landing instructions before the plane,flying low and erratically, struck the ground and erupted in flames. A business woman, 30, in Sokoto has been remanded in prison custody over alleged murder of her baby born out of wedlock. Rabiat Mustapha, who resides at Asada area of Sokoto, is facing a two-count charge of criminal conspiracy and preventing a child from being borne or causing it die after birth. A violent clash between a herdsman and a farmer in Onunwakpu community of Izzi local government area in Ebonyi State has led to the death of four persons and many wounded.
