The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has ordered an immediate investigation of a viral video on social media sowing some of its officers clashing with a driver along Abudu, Edo State. The video, circulating on X and cited by PUNCH Online on Sunday, shows a driver whipping uniformed FRSC personnel during what appears to be a routine traffic stop.
