Cholera outbreak in Obubura community of Nigeria’s Cross River State has left about 60 people dead and 286 hospitalised. Ukraine Army allegedly admitted to have decimated 760 Russian soldiers in the country in a day this week, data provided by the military showed. The Supreme Court, Friday, affirmed Senator Godswill Akpabio as candidate for the Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the February 25 general  election. The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, Thursday, described as competent and meritorious, the appeal by Akanimo Udofia, which challenged the judgment of a Federal High Court Uyo, that nullified his emergence as the Akwa Ibom APC governorship candidate for the forthcoming general elections.
