The Appeal Court, Yola Division in Adamawa State, has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately publish the name of Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani as Adamawa All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate. The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has granted leave to Senator Godswill Akpabio as an interested party to appeal the judgement of the Court in the Supreme Court.
