More than 20,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in fighting in Ukraine since December, the US estimates. The House of Representatives has mandated the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) to complete its abandoned projects in Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
