Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has rolled out seven new laws to provide regulatory environment to achieving efficiency, predictability, clarity and effectiveness in the country’s oil and gas industry.  This brings to 12 the number of regulations so far issued by the Commission in line with its  mandate as prescribed in the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), 2021.
