The can-do spirit has stirred a young barber who went to Lagos State some years ago with a paltry N5,000 to become  a millionaire today, a motivational speaker has stated.

Apart from joining the club of millionaires, the Akwa Ibom-born barber cuts the hair of such highfliers in the society as Senate President and some musical pop stars in the country.

George Essien, a motivational speaker who came in contact with Kufre Nnah, narrated “Yesterday, I met with Kufre Nnah. His story literally made my day. This is a guy who runs first-class barbing saloons in Nigeria, including one in Lekki.”

Essien stating this in his Facebook page, continued “Nnah has barbed the hair of any celebrity you can think of including Timaya, WhizKid, Davido, Ighalo, Dbanj, DonJazzy.the list goes on. Think of them!”

“This is the guy who is flown in a private jet to cut the hair of the Senate President,” he noted.

“Kufre traveled to Lagos with just N5,000 and desired to succeed,” Essien reminisced.

“When I asked him the one thing that was the secret of his success, he simply replied, ‘Focus,’ the speaker enthused.

“He was an apprentice for seven years and started his barbing saloon in 2012. Today, he has 40 employees in four locations. His businesses average a minimum of N500,000 daily.

“Who says you can’t be a barber and become a millionaire? When I asked him how many shops he intends to have in the nearest future, he said 100,” Essien submitted.
