    Davido Surpasses 1 Billion Spotify streams

    “Davido Is A G.O.A.T”: Davido’s AGT Album has Surpassed 1 billion streams on all platforms.

    According to Sony, Davido’s “AGoodTime” album has just surpassed 1 billion streams.

    This was as Nigerian Grammy award-winning artist, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy set a new record on the global streaming platform, Spotify with 3 billion streams across all credits.

    The album “A GOOD TIME” by Davido is the first Nigerian album to reach 1 Billion Views on Major Platforms.

    Here is the breakdown:

    Youtube – 486 million

    Spotify – 156 million

    Audiomack – 78 million

    Apple Music – 290 million

    Total – 1,010,000,000 views. 

    Davido is, no doubt, one of the Kings of Afrobeats and the first African artist who has a solo song certified Riaa Gold in USA.

    He is also the first African artist who has a solo song certified gold in Canada.

    Recall that Burna Boy’s top five-track is, “Last Last”, “Location”, “Ye”, “Own It” and “Be Honest,” according to Chart Metrics.

    His current song “Last Last” reached 6 million streams on Spotify and is also one of the most-streamed songs in Nigeria.

    Burna Boy has 9,823,658 monthly Spotify listeners and 1.2 billion YouTube views.
