    Davido to Gift N300m To orphanage homes, anti-drug advocacy

    Grammy-nominated artist, Davido Adeleke popularly known as Davido has announced plans to gift N300 million for orphanage homes and anti-drug advocacy in the country to celebrate his birthday on November 21, this year.

    Recall that in 2021, his friends gifted him N200 million on his birthday. He added an extra N50 million and gave it all to orphanages across Nigeria.

    In a post shared on his X handle this morning, Davido said he will be gifting N300 million and that details of the donations will be released soon to celebrating his 32nd birthday.

    In a recent tweet on X (formerly Twitter), Davido announced that he is donating N300 million to orphanage homes and anti-drug advocacy among youths.

    The “Awuke” crooner further announced that details regarding the donation will be made public in due course.

    Davido’s tweet reads, “Once again my birthday this year we Donating to orphanages and a charity that helps young people stay away from drug abuse & addiction. This year is N300m.’’
