Equatorial Guinea stunned Algeria the African defending champions of in the ongoing African cup soccer competition tagged AFCON 2021 in Cameroon.
The lone goal was scored by Esteban Orozco Fernandez Obiang in the 70th minutes of the competition played Sunday.
Algeria were unbeaten in nine Africa Cup of Nations matches until Equatorial Guinea dented the unblemished soccer record.
Unfortunately, Algeria mounted pressures in the second, missed some scoring chances and such did not yield the expected result
