It turned to a surprise empowerment scheme as a politician in Benue State distributed ropes to his constituents to tie their goats.
Daniel Ukpera, a member representing Guma State Constituency in the Benue State House of Assembly, has donated bundles of ropes to the people of Makurdi LGA in Benue State.
Ukpera, who was elected under the platform of Labour Party, said this was his contribution to the Benue State Anti-Open Grazing Law.
After the donation, he assisted the goat owners in tying their goats.
