A Colombian teacher has been sentenced to 40 years imprisonment for threats to fail her students who refuse to have sex with her, Channel 4 of Nicaragua reported.
The woman, identified simply as Yokasta M. was said to be sending debaucherous photos to her students, threatening to fail them if they refused to have sex with her.
Yokasta, a married woman was arrested after a father of one of the students saw photos of the teacher on his son’s phone in 2016 and reported to the relevant authorities.
It was reportedly alleged that the teacher selected the boys less than 17 years of age, based on their appearance to solicit sex romp.
Since the matter was reported, authorities embarked on investigations to authenticate the allegation.
Consequently, her husband has filed for divorce soon after the sex story burst.
The case was highly sensational last year and made news headlines.
Meanwhile, a lot of people have kicked against the sentence, saying 40 years is too long a time for the crime she committed.
