Donald Trump has drawn the ire of many for allegedly snubbing Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth of England twice during their meeting Friday.
First, he ‘kept the 92-year-old monarch waiting’ before turning up for tea at Windsor Castle.
Queen Elizabeth was pictured standing up and checking her watch in anticipation, until he arrived right on the dot.
After he did show up, photos showed how he walked off in front of her as they inspected the guard, appearing ‘oblivious’ to her.
People were not very happy about it…
Say what you like about politics, but nobody puts Her Majesty in the corner.
ITV broadcast the images, which were shared incredulously on Twitter.
‘Very few people are this oblivious to the Actual Queen,’ Janine Gibson wrote.
Others agreed with her, accusing the president of showing a lack of class and awareness — or worse, ‘being really insulting on purpose’.
