Arsenal triumphed over Monaco as Manchester City languished at Juventus’ den during the ongoing UEFA Champions League Wednesday night.
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has hailed Hale End Academy, Myles Lewis-Skelly following his side’s UEFA Champions League 3-0 win over Monaco on Wednesday.
Arteta handed Lewis-Skelly a rare start against Monaco due to injuries in Arsenal’s back.

Two brace from Bukayo Saka and a goal from Kai Havertz gave Arsenal the win over the French Ligue 1 side at Emirates Stadium.
Speaking after the game, Arteta said at his pre-match press conference that Lewis-Skelly did so well against Monaco.
“Myles Lewis-Skelly did so well. Really proud moment. He’s one of our own”.
“It’s just a joy to watch him, a privilege to be able to give the chance to somebody. He took the chance,” Arteta said.
Arsenal’s next game is against Everton in the Premier League this weekend.
Meanwhile, Manchester City’s poor run of form continued on Wednesday night, as they were defeated 2-0 by Juventus in Turin.
There were no goals in the first half, but Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie scored to earn the Italian giants all three points.
In other games, Barcelona won 3-2 at Borussia Dortmund, Lille edged Sturm Graz 3-2, Feyenoord beat Slavia Prague 4-2 and Atletico Madrid defeated Sloan Bratislava 3-1.
