The four Uefa Champions League semi-finalists have now been confirmed.
Chelsea will face Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain will go up against Manchester City.
Chelsea had booked their place in the last four of the Champions League after seeing off FC Porto in the quarter-finals.
Thomas Tuchel’s Blues progressed 2-1 on aggregate despite losing the second leg of their tie 1-0 in Seville on Tuesday night.
PSG also went through on Tuesday despite losing 1-0 to Bayern Munich in Paris, with the Ligue giants going through on away goals having won the first leg 3-2 in Munich.
Wednesday saw the quarter-finals wrapped up, with Real securing a goalless at Anfield to progress 3-1 on aggregate as their first-leg win in Spain proved too much for Liverpool to handle.
Zinedine Zidane’s Real will now go up against Tuchel’s Chelsea. The Blues will fancy their chances given Los Blancos are not the side they once were, but the Spanish behemoths have won this competition 13 times in total and showed real defensive strength to keep a clean sheet at Anfield.
With former Chelsea stars Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard also among their ranks, that semi-final will have plenty of talking points.
Wednesday’s other tie saw Man City beat Dortmund 2-1 on the night, and 4-2 on aggregate, to reach their first Champions League semi-final under Pep Guardiola – though they didn’t have it all their own way.
Jude Bellingham’s early goal saw Dortmund leading on the night and heading through on away goals, but Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden struck to turn the tie around.
