The West African Examination Council, WAEC, has released the 2018 ranking of the 36 states including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in Nigeria with Abia still topping the chart.
In the ranking chart, Anambra and Edo States trail second and third positions while Akwa Ibom State slumps to 17th position in the country.
