In a spell of one year, three new flyovers undertaken by Rivers State Government will be completed and inaugurated in December, this year.
The projects started by Governor Wike administration in October last year are built by Julius Berger Nigeria Plc.
In his Twitter handle on Friday, Governor Nyesom Wike wrote “By December this year the three flyovers that we started in October last year being built by Julius Berger would be ready.”
However, Wike of Peoples Democratic Party tweeted that “The N78bn refund the FG approved for us has not been given to us. People say we are carrying out projects because money has been given to us but that is not correct. They haven’t given us anything.
“If they give us the money it would be used in the interest of our people.”
