Nigeria has recorded 594 new cases of coronavirus, while the total number of confirmed infections in the country stands at 22,614.
Announcing this on Thursday in its Twitter handle, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) stated that 7,822 persons were discharged while 549 died.
