United capitulated following the Frenchman’s dismissal, conceding twice more before the break and twice after it.
United have two weeks to stew over the loss, with an international break coming up. International transfer deadline day is tomorrow and it remains to be seen whether the Reds will look to add to the additions of Telles and Cavani.
