We all ask ourselves how celebrities always manage to look spectacular. It’s not all about surgery. There are some secrets that the beauty industry doesn’t want you to know.

    1. Use sunscreen.

You should use sunscreen every day, even if it’s cloudy. This is because the sun’s rays can damage your skin and accelerate aging of your face.

    2. Take care of your hands.

Like the neck, the skin on your hands is very fine and needs to be cared for. You can apply anti-wrinkle cream for the face on the hands as well. And here some more tips how to keep your hands look younger:

    3. Don’t use products which dry out your skin too much.

Anti-acne creams tend to excessively dry out the skin. Instead of these, use products with clay or exfoliants.

    4. Don’t forget the neck.

The skin on your neck is very thin and needs care. When you wash your face and apply moisturizing cream, apply it to your neck as well.

    5. Rub ice on your skin.

Rubbing an ice block on your skin for a few seconds helps to give your face firmness and shine. You’ll see that, if you do it consistently, your face will look radiant.

    6. Store your beauty products correctly.

Face creams and other beauty products should be stored in the fridge.

    7. Keep all objects which come into contact with your face clean.

Don’t touch your face with dirty hands, change your pillow covers at least once per week, clean the screen of your cell phone at least once per day.

    8. If you have acne, don’t use sponges to clean or apply makeup.

Using sponges to apply makeup or clean your face when you have acne can lead to more breakouts. Apply a paste of water and aspirin onto the brush.

    9. Perform a facial massage once per month.

This will help you avoid bags under the eyes.

    10. Clean your face thoroughly.

You should never go to bed with makeup on. If you do, your pores will become blocked and your face will look dull.

    11. Always take off your bra before going to bed.

It isn’t good to wear one while sleeping because it cuts off circulation. It also causes the skin in that area to darken and become irritated.
