The Senate has accused Central Bank of Nigeria for allowing telecoms company, MTN, to violate its policy regulating capital repatriation. Specifically, the Senate blamed the bank for not bringing up the observed deficiencies of the Foreign Exchange Miscellaneous Monitoring Act (FEMMA).
