The Benue State Police Command have arrested a robbery kingpin, who allegedly masterminded the attack on a police station leading to the death of three police officers. Eight committees inaugurated by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) are tasked to return Nigeria’s three refineries to 90 per cent capacity utilisation before the end of 2019.
