A 51-year-old-man, who allegedly obtained N2.4 million on the pretext of conducting spiritual cleansing on a man, Tuesday, appeared before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State. Temitope Adeoye was brought before the court on a five-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing and obtaining under false pretences. Adeoye, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge. Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh, stated it when he played host to the Ambassador of Netherlands, Marion Kappeyne. The World Bank will formally unveil the new President of the World Bank Group appointed for a five-year term on Tuesday, April 9 in Washington.
