The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, Tuesday, debunked media reports that it has dumped the Multi-Year-Tariff -Order, MYTO, framework used in determining end-user tariffs based on revenue requirement of the electricity industry. The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court Tuesday turned down request to compel the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and its governor, Godwin Emefiele, to disclose how much was expended on President Muhammadu Buhari’s medical treatment in the United Kingdom last year.
