The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court Monday dismissed two separate suits that challenged the one-year tenure extension granted to National Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, and other members of the National Working Committee, NWC, of the party. The court, in a judgment by Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, held that the suits marked FHC/ABJ/CS/237/2018 and FHC/ABJ/CS/219/2018 have become lifeless, academic and hypothetical.
