The police say they have arrested the police officer caught in a video flogging an unidentified man in the street of Rivers State. The culprit, Inspector Adejoh Siaka, was arrested alongside Inspector Friday Obaka, and Sgt. Ndiwa Kpuebari from Rivers State. Until his death, Archbishop Elijah Mboho was the prelate, Goodnews Community International Gospel Village, Abak in Akwa Ibom State that made greater evangelism and spiritual waves in the 70s and 80s across the country. The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) and Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) have filed a lawsuit against President Muhammadu Buhari over the N5 million fine on Channels Television.
