The Court of Appeal, Abuja, on Thursday, affirmed Pastor Umo Eno as the Akwa Ibom State Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the March 11, 2023 election. Judgement for the long-drawn legal battle rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District election may be laid to rest by the Supreme Court on Friday, January 20. The President, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Ayuba Wabba, allegedly assaulted the chairman of NLC/TUC Good Homes Scheme, Chief Emeka Anuna and other Federal civil servants over the N1 billion housing scheme.
