‘Drunk’ corporal has allegedly crushed to death Director of Finance of the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Brigadier-General Audi Ogbole James. Brigadier-General James, described as one of the finest officers in the Nigerian Army, died on Tuesday night, November 15, 2022, from injuries he suffered after a corporal, Abayomi Ebun, alleged to be drunk, hit him with a car. Senator Godswill Akpabio said he would approach the Supreme Court to seek redress on the nullification of his election as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District.
