More than 20,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in fighting in Ukraine since December, the US estimates. A cold war is brewing between the Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Lauretta Onochie and Dr Samuel Ogbuku, the commission’s Managing Director, over the signing of a $15 billion railway line agreement.
