President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed the retired Assistant General of Police (AIG), Hakeem Odumosu as the substantive Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). This follows the suspension of Abdulrasheed Bawa as the EFCC Chairman, and subsequent appointment of AbdulKarim Chukkol as the acting Chairman of the agency.
