The Independent National Electoral Commission has moved the 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections from February 18, 2023 to February 25, 2023. US President Joe Biden has signed an order to provide up to $600 million (£448m) in “immediate military assistance’’ to Ukraine, as Russia wages war against the country.
