Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has given governors of the nine oil-producing states in the country to publish details of how they spent N625 billion oil derivation or face legal actions. A Zimbabwean judge has hung himself in a church after raping his dead wife before their children. The now deceased Judge Evans Zinzombe, 36, had been on the run from the police after he allegedly killed his wife, Phelomina Mabika, 32, on Wednesday, December 7. The Kremlin government has shut down reports that president Vladimir Putin fell down the stairs and soiled himself. President Muhammadu Buhari has hailed Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, as he clocks 60, for giant strides in leadership and service to the nation and the people.
