The abduction fire in Nigeria is spreading as unknown gunmen, Wednesday, kidnapped an unspecified number of students of Abia State University Uturu, ABSU. The students were abducted from a commercial bus while returning from Okigwe in Imo state to Uturu around 8 p.m. on Wednesday night, May 5. The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the results of the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) for external candidates. This was announced on Thursday by the Registrar of the Council, Professor Godswill Obioma. He stated that 41,459 candidates registered for the examination out of 39,503 candidates who sat for it.
