Akwa Ibom, one of Nigeria’s states, Wednesday, discharged 62 persons who recovered from COVID-19, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced. Similarly, 16 persons who recovered from the pandemic were discharged in Ogun State. An ex-bank manager in Akwa Ibom State has entered miry clay as the Uyo Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, arraigned him in court over alleged N14 million fraud.
