Sokoto is leading other states as the fastest year-on-year growth in the number of mobile internet subscribers per state in Nigeria. Yobe, and Kano State are the other northern states that recorded the fastest year-on-year growth in the number of mobile internet subscribers. This was contained in the Telecommunications Report by states for the Q3 2020 released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The US House of Representatives, Tuesday, approved a resolution, calling on Vice President Mike Pence to fire President Donald Trump. Pence is empowered to invoke the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to remove and replace Trump accused of inciting a deadly insurrection at the US Capitol last week. COVID-19 continues to wreck more havocs in Nigeria by snatching away 12 persons in one day. A total of 1,270 confirmed cases were recorded on Tuesday, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control reported.
