Nigeria has recorded four new COVID-19 deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,139 from 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported on Wednesday night. Amnesty International has blamed the Nigerian Army over the Lekki shooting that left some ENDSARS protesters dead and many injured. The Cameroon Government has declared Saturday, October 31 a national day of mourning for victims of the Kumba School’s shooting. The national flag shall on that day be flown at half mast all day long as a sign of honor to the seven kids shot dead by unknown gunmen.
